Essential Job Duties: A construction manager manages workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
Plan reading / permit coordination
Fluent in PIM, sweep and fiber testing
Familiar with major carrier specs and construction policies
Ability to identify training issues and work to correct issues
Comprehension of closeout procedures
Ensure accurate and timely reports are completed and submitted.
Oversees crews working on projects that may include construction, repair and/or maintenance.
Strict attention to detail and organization; enabling timely task completion focusing on the quality of workmanship.
Coordinate and give instruction on the installation of wireless infrastructures including but not limited to installation of antennas, feed lines, fiber, shelters, self-support towers, guy towers and monopoles at heights of 200'.
Contribute to the companies effectiveness by receiving and providing information as necessary.
Promote teamwork, implement directions and work to support company culture, goals and objectives.
Delegate tasks to team members to promote position growth.
Maintain professional attitude and lead by example.
Strive to provide efficient, high quality customer service.
Requirements:
Valid Driver License
DOT Medical Examiner's Cert (MEC) or take exam after hire, per company policy
Maintain CPR/first aid AED, OSHA 30, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, Anritsu, PIM and Competent Climber certifications.
Ability to travel, as needed. This is a FULL- TIME position working in all types of extreme conditions. Days of work are Monday thru Friday, 10+hours with weekends as needed.
