**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking a Tower Technician I (MODS) with a pay range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and structures, working under the supervision of a Tower Foreman to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations.
• Support in crew scheduling and coordination.
• Report issues to the Tower Foreman promptly.
• Keep accurate records of work and materials used.
• Foster effective communication within the team.
  
  

**Requirements**

• 1-2 years of telecommunications industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Proficiency in climbing and working at heights.
• Capable of lifting equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and flexible hours.
• Strong communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous.
